At Ready to Prints, we strive to provide the best products and services to our customers. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or refund your order. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand the process and conditions.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Defective or Damaged Products:

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery.

Video Evidence Required:

Customers must provide clear, unedited video evidence showing the product, packaging, and defect in detail.

⚠️ Important: AI‑generated, digitally altered, or manipulated videos will be treated as fraudulent evidence. Submitting such content may result in your claim being rejected permanently and may lead to account suspension.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect product (wrong design or format), we will replace it at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

• Change of Mind:

Since each product is custom-made, we cannot accept returns if you simply change your mind or dislike the design.

• Size/Dimension Preferences:

Posters, banners, and frames are produced exactly as described in the product listing. Returns for personal preference in size or layout are not accepted.

Replacement & Refund Process

1. Submit your claim within 3 days of delivery via our Contact Us page.

2. Attach the required video evidence.

3. Once verified, we will either:

• Ship a replacement free of charge, or

• Issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Shipping & Responsibility

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

• Refunds are only applicable to the product cost; shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is on our side.
