Are designs original?

No, each product is made to order. This is the core of the Print-on-Demand model.

All designs are created by our in-house creative team.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment options.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, through our fulfillment partner Printful, we can ship to multiple countries worldwide.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by location, but typically it takes 7–14 day,s including both production and shipping.

Can I track my order?

Yes, tracking details are sent once your order ships.

What if my product arrives damaged or defective?

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, you must submit clear video evidence within 3 days of delivery. The video should show the product, packaging, and the defect in detail.

⚠️ Important Notice: Any video that is AI‑generated, digitally altered, or manipulated in any way will be treated as fraudulent evidence. Submitting such content may result in your claim being rejected permanently, and repeated attempts can lead to account suspension or denial of future purchases.

Once authentic evidence is verified, we will provide either a replacement or a refund.

Can I return a product if I simply don’t like it?

Since each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns for “change of mind.”
