Return and Refund Policy for Ready-to-Prints

Reasons for Returns:

At Ready to Prints, we strive to provide the best products and services to our customers. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or refund your order. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand the process and conditions.

Courier Returns:

Courier Returns occur when the order is undelivered and marked as ‘Returning to Origin’ (RTO). The potential reasons for an order being marked as RTO include:

  • Customer not contactable
  • Incomplete address
  • Future delivery requested by the customer
  • Self-pickup requested by the customer
  • Customer refused delivery
  • Door/premises/office closed
  • Pincode not serviceable

In such cases, the default return address is the address mentioned on our Contact Us page. When we receive the returned shipment, it will be updated in your account, and you will be notified via the email registered with us. Please note that using a custom return address is not currently possible due to restrictions imposed by courier companies.

Action Required on Courier Returned Orders:

When the order is returned to Ready to Prints, we will deduct the shipping cost and refund the product charges through wallet credits. However, if the pin code becomes unserviceable after the order is placed, Ready to Prints shall not be responsible for the RTO, and no refunds will be processed from our end.

Customer Returns:

Product Quality Issues:

If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please inform Ready to Prints within 3 days of delivery. For items lost in shipment, claims must be communicated within 3 days after the estimated delivery date. To ensure a smooth resolution, we may request a video recording of the package opening as proof. Please note that any attempt to deceive or manipulate the video recording will result in the rejection of the claim.

Broken Products Received:

For fragile products like Mugs and Framed Posters, any issues must be raised within 3 days of delivery. To initiate a replacement request, please provide pictures of the broken product along with the original packaging clearly showing the shipping label and customer details for verification. A video recording during the package opening is also required as proof.

Again, please note that any attempt to deceive or manipulate the video recording will result in the rejection of the claim.

Rejection by Customer:

Since our products are customized to customer requirements, the customer is responsible for the quality and size of the provided images. We do not offer refunds for modifications in order size or color. Once an order is placed, it is considered final, and no further edits can be made.

Action on Returned Orders:

Orders that are returned due to incorrect addresses or rejected by customers are the complete responsibility of the customer. Ready to Prints does not have any liability for this kind of return, and all expenses must be borne by the customer.

Cancellations:

Cancellations by the Customer:

If you wish to cancel an order that has not been processed by us, please notify us as soon as possible. We will cancel the order immediately and refund the entire amount as credits into your Ready to Prints wallet account. However, if the product has already been printed and shipped, we will not be able to approve the cancellation request. In such cases, the product follows the normal lifecycle process.

Cancellation by Ready to Prints:

Under certain circumstances, it may not be possible for us to accept an order, and we may be compelled to cancel it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion. Some situations that may result in order cancellation include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also ask for additional verification or information before accepting any order. If your order is canceled after you have been charged, the amount will be reversed back to your account in the next ledger closing cycle, which runs every 15 days.

Manner of Refund:

If the order is canceled from our end and the refund is approved, the refund will be awarded in the form of ‘Credits’. These credits can be utilized for future orders from Ready to Prints. By using our services, you agree not to dispute the decision made by Ready to Prints and accept our decision regarding cancellations.

Please note that we do not offer the cash-on-delivery option, and all refunds are processed as wallet credits only. In case of any disputes, the jurisdiction will be Udaipur, Rajasthan (India).
